The Visigoth Art Museum was a wash in my opinion. Everything I saw there, I also saw at the first museum.

I saw a choo choo that takes you on a tour around Merida. My experience is that these are worth the 4-5 euros just to get a good circular tour.

I guess that is it!

Here are a few photos if my favorite things at the museum. The glass and mosaics were spectacular.
Blown glass fish - beautiful!

Glass funnel

Gorgeous mosaic floors and painted walls

I'd wear these!

A very dainty and pretty glass cup.

People in ancient Roman times had fancy glass dishes!

Lovely!

Unguent jars

Lots of clay lamps

A canteen - you could carry it on the Camino!

I loved this colander

Dental and Surgical Tools haven't changed much

The FACES of Roman Spain!
You can see any of these folks walking down main street today!

There was much, much more to see.
I just don't have enough space to post all the photos.
Go!
Walk the Via de la Plata!
Stop in Merida!
See it for yourself!
