We woke up to a nice surprise for breakfast. A fully set table with our names on the places!
Leaving Puente la Reina was so pretty.
Good thing I ate a nourishing breakfast because I had forgotten that climb into Mañeru!
Soon Cirauqui was on the horizon and boy, was I happy! Those huge standing stones must have a story but so far I’ve not been able to dig it up.
Joe and I stayed here in 2006 and there are new owners here now. They’ve really been a beautiful job Here are some photos of Albergue Maralotx.
Dinner here is €16 and it looks like it’s going to be vegetarian so it should be interesting. I’ll post photos if I’m not too hungry and eat it before I have a chance.
For now, my laundry is done and hung out. I’m just going to rest for a while.
